Like many women, I faced a midlife turning point. My weight crept up, I struggled with incontinence, and I felt older than my years. With a family history of diabetes and high blood pressure, I thought decline was inevitable.
But then everything changed. With a divine appointment, I came across Innoshape. In three months I lost 8 kilos, restored my pelvic strength, and overcame incontinence. I felt lighter, younger, and more confident, in better shape than before having children.
That experience gave me a new outlook. I realised I did not have to accept family history or early signs of aging. I could shape a different future. Today I feel reborn, like a butterfly, and I am using my passion to help others discover the same freedom and vitality.
My goal is to bring hope and transformation to people who feel stuck, so they too can renew, restore, and reshape.
