Thanks Jeanne and her team for the professional advices. I had awesome experience with the vacuum bike, Tesla chair and former which help me to build and strengthen my core and my muscle so I can able to bike for 30mins and long walk exercise without feeling tired. Especially I love relax on the Balancer Gold helping me to massage my muscle after biking exercise for 30mins which I unable to do for more than 5mins. Fantastic service from Jeanne and the team. I've always struggled with strengthening my core muscles, especially my lower back muscles. The Telsaformer chair is by far the most efficient way to strengthen lower muscles. Would recommend the 30mins sessions to others experiencing lower back pains due to weak core muscles.

Jeanne was really great in identifying what I needed. I had shoulder and neck pain for years and going to the physio didn't help. But after 2-3 sessions on the FMS machine I go back almost full movement of my neck and the pain in both areas have significantly 70-80% gone. Love the service.

Booked in for my first 30mins session using the Tesla Seat at Innoshape.On my arrival Elise explained the process of how the equipment works functions and expected benefits.Elise carried out an assessment on my arrival and covered all my concern.I felt the contractions whilst on the seat and Elise made sure the settings were suitable having assessed my condition.I have been experiencing less urges to pee and noticed I didnβt need to rush and panic to get to the bathroom. felt overall better the very next day a big improvement happy with the results going back next week as per recommendation from Elise the consultant thank you Lynette ????
