Q1: How long does an Infrared Body Wrap session take?
Each treatment takes 45 minutes, plus 10-15mintures for getting in and out of the body wrap.
Q2: How often should I undertake the Body Wrap treatment and how many sessions do I have to do?
For weight loss, 2-3 body wrap sessions should be undertaken each week. For pain management, 1-2 sessions should suffice. There must be at least 48 hours between each session. When you goal is achieved, the sessions can be reduced to 2-4 sessions per month as maintenance.

BEFORE the treatment, you should monitor your physical condition. If in any doubt, please consult your doctor before using the wrap.
On your session day, keep yourself hydrated. Drink another 500ml of water in the hour prior to the wrap. Do not come to the session with a full stomach. Eat an hour before the session.
Bring these to your sessions: Bikini swimmers / sports bra with shorts (for women), shorts (men), a set of clothes for change after the session, 1-2 bath towels and a bottle of water.
Right before the session, go to the bathroom and remove body jewellery.

You should not undertake an infrared treatment if you have the following conditions:
