InnoShape Studio Policy, Terms and Conditions
We at InnoShape Body Studio endeavour to provide the highest quality of services to our clients. Based on the terms and conditions stipulated in this document, we aim to establish a trustful and mutually supportive relationship with our clients. If you participate in InnoShape treatments and services, you are agreeing to comply with and to be bound by our studio policy and the following terms and conditions. If you do not accept them, we are not able to provide our services to you.
1. Use of Information
Information provided on InnoShape website and service booklets is for general reference only. It is subject to changes without advance notice. Your use of the information is entirely at your own risk and you are responsible to ensure that it meets your specific requirements. While InnoShape endeavours to keep the information up to date and correct, we make no representations or warranties about its completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability. You acknowledge that InnoShape is not liable to any of your loss or damage as a result of your use of the information.
2. Medical Disclaimer
The treatments and products provided at InnoShape are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and should not be construed as a substitute for any medical treatment program. If you have any medical concerns, you must seek advice from a medical professional prior to using any treatments or products.
Testimonials and ‘before and after pictures’ provided on the website and service booklets are the real results from real clients. However, individual experience and results may vary. These are dependent on a number of factors such as lifestyle, age and medical history. While InnoShape exercises all due care and skill in devising a program to address your concerns and treating you, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to determine if a product or treatment is right for you. Should you have any doubts, you must seek advice from a medical professional.
You must have realistic expectations of the results from the treatments. You acknowledge that no guarantee shall be provided for the results to be achieved and the time to taken to achieve the desired results.
In order to assist you to our best ability, it is important that you provide all information, such as your health history and lifestyle, as requested on the consent forms for individual treatments. Should there be any other factors that may affect the treatments, you shall bring these to our attention. During the course of treatments, you shall notify us of any changes in your health conditions and we may request further information for reassessing the suitability of the treatments. InnoShape shall not be held liable for any unknown or undisclosed medical issues.
3. Payments
Payment of treatments and packages can be made upfront by cash, credit card or bank transfer.
Weekly or fortnightly instalments are arranged through direct debit, which may incur additional processing or merchant fees.
At the time of making your booking, we may require a deposit of up to 50% of the treatment cost, except for Consultation and Pre-paid Treatment Packages. See Clause 4 for the 12-hour cancellation policy.
If your payment is on an instalment plan, you shall agree to provide credit card details to InnoShape as a back-up source of fund. You thereby authorize InnoShape to debit the appropriate amount from the designated credit card to recover failed direct debit payments, dishonour fees associated with the failed direct debits, any cancellation fees or other fees you are obliged to pay.
4. Refund, cancellation and appointment policy
Treatments and services are not transferrable to another person.
No refund is provided for deposit or fee paid towards treatment session and packages due to change of mind or your personal conditions. This does not exclude your entitlement to a replacement or refund if there is a major failure in the delivery of our services to you, In accordance with the stipulations set out in the Australian Consumer Laws.
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, 12 hours’ notice is required. If the notice is less than 12 hours or if you fail to attend your session time, we shall retain the deposit or fee paid towards the session. In the case of pre-paid treatments, the session in question will be forfeited and no refund shall be given. Where a minimum of 12-hour notice is given, you may reschedule your booking at no additional fee.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. Late arrival may result in the reduction of your treatment duration and you are still liable to pay the full fee for the treatment. In the case of pre-paid treatments, a full session shall be redeemed.
5. Pricing, Treatment Packages and Promotions
Treatment prices listed on the website and service booklets are GST inclusive and subject to change without advance notice.
Treatment packages are offered with various degrees of savings which are calculated on the basis of the regular single session price. When you sign up to a treatment package, you are committed to pay the package fee in full upfront or through an instalment plan. If you stop using the treatments before all sessions are used, no refund shall be made for the unused sessions. In the case of paying a treatment package in instalments, you are still obliged to continue the payment until the full amount is paid.
Treatment programs and sessions cannot be altered nor split between clients. All treatment sessions have a 6-month expiry from the date of purchase. Unused sessions will be automatically forfeited after the expiry date.
Promotional campaigns and special deals may have specific and additional terms and conditions, e.g. a shorter expiry. They are on offer for a limited time and are subject to availability. Sales at promotions are final. They are not refundable, transferrable or to be used in conjunction with other promotional offers. Promotional pricing is applied to new purchases and bookings. Existing treatment packages or bookings purchased prior to the promotions cannot be transferred to the prevailing promotional offers.
6. Entry to the Studio
You acknowledge that you shall monitor your physical condition and that you are in good health to receive the treatments or services provided at InnoShape. If you are unwell or have a fever, an infection or contagious illness, you should seek medical advice and do not use the Studio’s facilities.
We strive to create an inviting, comfortable and enjoyable studio environment for our clients. Your cooperation is important in realising this goal. We therefore ask you to:
· be respectful of our facilities, staff, clients and visitors
· follow the directions of our Staff and the additional entry requirements as required at specific times or for special occasions
· wear appropriate clothing as required for your treatments
· not to smoke inside the Studio
· not to take photos or videos without the permission of the Studio staff and/or the persons being captured.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask you to leave the Studio if we reasonably believe that you are not fit for receiving our services, exhibiting uncooperative behaviour or refusing to comply our studio policy.
7. Privacy Policy

Who we share your information with and how you can access it. We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (“the Act”) and any code approved by the Privacy Commissioner under Section 18DD of the Act. This includes the National Privacy Principles introduced on 21 December 2001.
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, personal information may mean some or all of the following: a client’s name, contact details, date of birth, bank account and/or credit card details, other identification details, purchase and payment history and other sensitive information.

In this privacy policy “Personal Information” means personal identifiable information such as but not limited to your name, street address, email address and telephone number together with sensitive information required for us to provide goods and services to you. When you make an enquiry about us or our services or products, you may be asked to provide personal information so that we are able to assist with your enquiry. When you provide us with Personal Information, you are authorising us to use that information in accordance with the terms of this privacy policy, which includes your rights to limit our use of the Personal Information.
We will not collect, use or monitor any personal information without your consent.
We collect personal information primarily to enable us to provide you with our services and products and may also use your information for marketing to you or for any other purpose permitted under the Act.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, sensitive information means the information a client has disclosed to us about their physical and mental health and well-being.
We will only ever use your sensitive information to provide services and products to you. Such information will not be used or disclosed for any other purposes without consent, except in cases when disclosure may be required by law.

We use various technologies to collect information when you use our website, including cookies and web beacons. Cookies are small data files stored by your web browser, on your hard drive, or in device memory that help us improve our service and your experience, determine usage of parts and features of or our website, and monitor for and detect potential harmful conduct. Web beacons are electronic images that may be used in our services or emails and help deliver cookies, count visits, and understand usage.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect our or others’ rights, property, or safety.
5. Your right to access to your information
You have the right to review your personal Information that we hold. Information may be reviewed by submitting a written request via the contact page on the website or email.
If you request us to delete or amend personal and/or sensitive information, we will take all reasonable steps to do so, except where it is required for legal purposes. This may, however, result in us not being able to provide you with certain services or products.
6. Storage and Security of Personal and or Sensitive Information
We take reasonable precautions to keep your personal information secure. Access to your personal information is permitted among other employees only on a need to know basis. If the Personal Information that we have about you is no longer needed for the purposes stated in this privacy policy, and we are not required to hold it by law, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently remove your personal information.
7. Problems, Queries or Complaints
If you have a complaint about breaches of this privacy policy, please contact us at info@innoshape.com.au and we will investigate your complaint in accordance with the Act. If you are not satisfied with the way that we respond to your complaint, your next step is to refer your complaint to the Office of The Federal Privacy Commissioner. It will then be dealt with as determined by the Privacy Commissioner.
